We are currently experiencing major disruptions to Epic, our EMR system. Epic is grappling with a nationwide outage affecting multiple practices and some health systems, including our office. We understand that technology teams are engaged and working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, however it is unclear how long or when Epic will be restored. This is an ongoing situation and current operations will be interrupted or delayed. We will provide updates as we learn more. Patients with scheduled appointments and procedures will continue to be seen unless notified otherwise. We are thankful to our staff for their continued efforts and resilience in managing through the technology issues we are facing today. Patient care remains our priority and we are grateful for the support, flexibility and patience from our patients.
