Dr. Stein is a graduate of University of Illinois at Champaign and received her medical education from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. She completed an internship at Northwestern University Medical Center and a residency in psychiatry at Harvard University Medical Center and Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. Dr. Stein served as an instructor in Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical School in Rochester, New York, and is board eligible in Psychiatry. She is currently on staff at Saint Joseph Hospital's Department of Psychiatry. She serves an integral role in the multi-disciplinary treatment approach of Diamond Headache Clinic, helping patients understand and cope with the emotional and psychiatric effects that contribute to their headache condition.
